You may know it as "Golden" or "Blonde" chocolate. As we are known to keep things simple, we simply call it what it is: White Chocolate with Caramel notes!
...because despite the golden shade, 9120 is in fact a white chocolate, enriched with caramelised milk powder for a rich caramel flavour, a hint of natural saltiness and a golden tone.
