As we bid farewell to 2023, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our valued customers and dedicated team – and share some highlights of the year with Co-founder & Global Sales Manage Anders Turos.
As we approach the end of the year, could you share some highlights?
My first thought is; it has been a challenging year! In retrospect though, what also stands out are the many exciting connections we've made. I've much enjoyed the exhibitions we've participated in, and am excited about the new projects in pipeline for 2024.
Can you tell us more about plans for the future?
We feel very lucky to experience a continuously increasing demand for our products and services. We are constantly on our feet to keep up, and make sure we meet and exceed expectations; from product quality to over all customer experience, where we set very high standards for ourselves. This year, the demand for our chocolates reached an all-time high, and we're now in the planning phase of expanding capacity in 2024 to serve customers more efficiently. I'm very excited about that!
What were some of the challenges faced in 2023?
This year presented its fair share of challenges, with cocoa prices skyrocketing and the global instability we're all experiencing. However, we are ending this year feeling strong and optimistic as a company, and I am proud of our accomplishment!
In closing, anything you'd like to express to our customers and team?
I want to thank our customers for your support and trust! To our exceptional team, I want to say again that their hard work this year did not go unnoticed and I wish them a very well deserved holiday!
