FILLINGS & SPREADS
Our fat-based fillings and spreads are used for many different types of bakery and confectionery applications. They are often used as a filling in pastries such as wafers and cake rolls, or as a center filling when moulding pralines. They are also used as spreads and decorations on cakes and pastries. ​The consistency of our fillings and truffles can be made from firm to creamy.
