FILLINGS & SPREADS
Our fat-based fillings and spreads are used for many different types of bakery and confectionery applications. They are often used as a filling in pastries such as wafers and cake rolls, or as a center filling when moulding pralines. They are also used as spreads and decorations on cakes and pastries. The consistency of our fillings and truffles can be made from firm to creamy.
